We realize you have many options for your local fitness club and we are glad you are giving us the opportunity to work with you! Our vision is to provide safe, time-effective, and affordable personal training to all levels of exercisers in a professional and fun environment.

What makes FormWell different?
- Best of the best: FormWell hires only the top trainers in the industry. All of our trainers have at least a bachelor’s degree and have at least one of the top training certifications in the industry.
- Consistent Program Design: If you are a member, including Group Training Only memberships, with special needs (i.e., injury rehab) and/or have decided to utilize the “Open Gym” option you will have a Program Designer working alongside you and your trainer (may be the same person in some cases) to help guide you in your program and keep you on track. You will have contact with your program designer every 30 days if needed to reassess and adjust your program accordingly. This will ensure that you are reaching your goals and taking full advantage of your membership!
- Open Gym: Can't make it in for a session? Workout on your own with FormWell's "open gym". Simply come in and perform your "custom designed workout". We will design a program that is specific to your goals. You'll get an updated program every 30 days if needed. Unlike other gyms where you workout on your own with no guidance, at FormWell you have a prescribed program to follow and the guidance of every trainer.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Program Design:
Are you struggling to reach your fitness goals? Confused by all of the conflicting information from friends, fitness magazines and trainers? We can help! Using our many years of experience, an in-depth assessment and your specific goals, we will design a program that will finally help you look good and feel great!
Indie Membership:
If you have decided to utilize the “Open Gym” option you will have a Program Designer working alongside you and your trainer (may be the same person in some cases) to help guide you in your program and keep you on track. You will have contact with your program designer every 30 days if needed to reassess and adjust your program accordingly. This will ensure that you are reaching your goals and taking full advantage of your membership!
Group Training Membership:
Unlimited Group Training: Group style training in groups of 5 or more (45 minute sessions).
You will have access to as many group trainings as you want. . . These group classes use kettle bells, suspension tools, medicine balls, ropes and your own body weight! Circuit Training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn tons of calories, and get your metabolism going. This is THE most effective workout for burning stubborn fat! Note: CrossFit Endurance Classes to be added 12/1/2011!!
Semi-Private Personal Training Membership:
Personal training in a group of 2 – 4 members at a time (approx. 45-50 minute sessions).
Personal training with other clients (2-4 people at a time) will allow you to pay less and get more, increase your success and enhance the community of your gym. And, since we will have someone dedicated to designing your program, you can be assured your training program will be consistent and specific to your goals no matter whom you train with! Get your preferred training time slot no problem! Plus you get open gym included!

Although semi-private personal training is more popular than private personal training, we do offer private training as an option.
